VISA REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST – (Files to be emailed only – no need for hard copy)
STEPS IN DUBAI VISA PROCESSING (NON-APPEARANCE)
►Pay the visa assistance fee, email the proof of payment, accomplished questionnaire and soft copy of passport size colored photo
►We will forward the application to Dubai Embassy, processing time is up to 5 working days. Once approved we will send a copy of your E-VISA
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
►Scanned copy of Passport’s BioPage with 6 months validity prior to departure
►Soft copy of Passport Sized Colored Photo (4.5cm x 3.5cm) with white background
►Scanned copies of visas & stamps of the countries applicant had visited for the past 5 years
►Accomplished Questions (see below)
IMPORTANT NOTES
►All Visa application is for single entry only.
►Visa approval is at the discretion of the Visa officers. We cannot guarantee 100% approval.
►Visa Processing takes 5 working days and will be applied 30 days before the travel date since the validity of the visa is only 30 days. It must be used before it expires
►Immigration Working Days: from Sunday to Thursday only.
►Once Application is submitted to Immigration Department, the Visa Application Fee is non-refundable.Payment for the Visa Assistance must be settled prior the application to the embassy.
►Visa submission is within 3 working days after the receipt of complete documents and if there are no additional requirements needed. We strongly suggest applying at least 1 month prior to travel date because there are times where the visa officer is requesting for additional documents
